Supporters’ Extra: A Picture of Belonging
Abraham's child was a special devotional for me to record this week, as I think you know. Now, have a look at verse 4 of Genesis 21: "When his son Isaac was eight days old, Abraham circumcised him, as God commanded him."
Circumcision was a picture! A picture of belonging. It was more than just a ritual. It was saying, “this child belongs to God.”
